Here’s a quick and easy supper for you to make to share with a loved one.
It’s really simple to prepare and looks and tastes mega impressive
Grab yourself some raw King Prawns and Scallops (not in the shell), rinse and pat dry with kitchen paper. Dust in flour and season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle a little olive oil in a frying pan and add your prawns and scallops. Cook for 2 minutes each side then remove and leave to rest in a warm bowl. Shower with lemon juice.
Throw a generous amount of chopped basil and garlic into the pan, add a spoonful of butter and allow to melt. Stir in a large glass of white wine and reduce.
Pour the sauce over your prawns and scallops and season to taste
Serve to share with warm fresh bread for dipping.
